Facilities and services

The small animal imaging platform is a state-of-the-art facility designed to offer diversified, complementary, efficient and affordable animal imaging services to both researchers and industrial partners. This service is offered in collaboration with the animal facilities of the CR-CHU de Québec – Université Laval.

The laboratory brings together equipment and expertise to synthesize and characterize a wide range of nanomaterials for medicine. It includes two laboratory sites of the CR-CHU de Québec to offer high-performance equipment. The expertise developed within the research group is effective and affordable, both to researchers and to industrial partners.

Marc-André Fortin's research group is part of a group of researchers (Regenerative Medicine Axis CR-CHU of Quebec, CERMA, CQMF) with access to several high-tech devices. This grouping makes it possible to offer advanced and detailed analyzes of biomaterials.

The 3D printing platform includes several recent 3D printers. Oriented in the printing of medical devices, the expertise of this platform is drawn above all around bioprinting. The development and design of 3D printed medical devices is efficient and affordable to both researchers and industrial partners.
